Rubios Fresh Mexican Grill has the worlds best Fish taco’s (Check out the Wikipedia entry about it if you don’t believe me). It is classically Baja style Mexican food, with a salsa bar and margarita’s. A must stop in Southern California.

What We Had 8.5 of 10
Fish Taco’s, Enchiladas ,and a Carne Asada Burrito. The main thing to get here is definitely the fish taco. It si a beer battered fish (Alaskan Pollock) on a corn tortilla with cabbage and some secret sauce. Mmm Mmm. The rest is unfortunately pretty standard.

Atmosphere 7.5 of 10
This is a casual dining experience, not much to really be said about the standard layout of all of their stores. They have a fish tank in the room, which I like and Cathy does not.
