This place is great! Its a little, family run gem of a restaurant on Milwaukee East Side. It has a very reasonably priced menu, homemade noodles, quick service, and wonderful food. We highly recommend it!

What We Had 8 of 10
We generally don’t go out to eat Italian food because it is typically pretty dull, and we feel like it is something we can make at home. This place beats those expectations to the meatballs. They have a selection of whole wheat, spinach, or egg noodles, a wonderful wine menu (90% under $25 / bottle), and very large portions. We had the Meat Sauce with noodles and Fetecine Alfredo with Mushrooms. Seriously, give it a try.

Atmosphere 9 of 10
The small cosy atmosphere, tight seating, and dim lighting remind me of eating at a place in Italy. The menus do a poor job of translating the traditional Italian dishes, just as you would find in a Tourist Menu abroad, and this just adds to the charm. There is a serious wine bar in the entry way, and can be quite a wait on busy nights since they don’t take reservations and the food is reasonably priced.

For the reasons above, this will be our regular Italian food date night location. We love it, and know you will too!
