Christmas Cleaning
In the midst of yesterday’s Christmas card chaos I decided it was time to organize our storage closet where we keep wrapping paper, craft supplies, and anything else that can get stuffed in there (e.g., vacuum). I decided to start right by the door, its a deep walk in closet and I couldn’t really get much further in without starting there, it was a logical choice. The first thing I grabbed was a little wicker basket from the top shelf. to my surprise, two iPods and two US Passports!
You may say, “wait… was someone living in that storage closet illegally?”. NO. If you recall back in November, over a year ago now, we lost our passports and iPods and I attributed them to theft via valet (not to be confused with outright theft)
I promise you we cleaned out that closet looking for those passports… Cathy had a trip to London she missed because we couldn’t find them. What a surprise to find them in right on top in front of the closet. Lesson learned: If you haven’t touched it for over a year, it’s time to throw it out!
Also, if anyone needs an iPod: I have one of every model available for sale.
