Anyone find my $78B dollars?

I seem to have misplaced it…

so has the treasury, when they overpaid by $78B using TARP funds to by stock in our various financial institutions.

I thought maybe I misread, or FOX news was just wrong… but CNBC and Reuters also picked it up.
